We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cash. Payment is taken after the job is complete and you're happy with it. Receipts are available on request.
Tipping is never expected but always appreciated. The best tip is a rebooking or a referral to a friend.
Essential services take about 30 to 45 minutes. Standard packages typically run 90 minutes to 2 hours. Premium and full bundles can take 2 to 4 hours depending on vehicle size and condition.
Rebook within six weeks of your last detail and you automatically get 15% off every visit. After your fifth visit you earn a free Standard Interior or Exterior. Missed the six-week window? No problem, you can rejoin any time.
Small covers sedans like Civic and Corolla. Medium covers most SUVs like CR-V and RAV4. Large covers 3-row SUVs, pickups, and large vans.
Yes. All products are safe for clear coat, vinyl wraps, PPF, and existing wax, sealant, or ceramic coatings.
Yes. Our exterior products and wash methods are fully safe for EVs and hybrids, including Tesla, Polestar, Ioniq, and others. We take extra care around charge ports and sensors.
Heavy pet hair is no problem but can add time, so we may ask for an extra fee on heavier jobs. Mention it in your booking notes or send a photo and we'll confirm up front.
In most cases, yes. Most common stains (coffee, salt, dirt) come out with a Premium Interior or carpet spot treatment. Set-in stains and deep odour removal may need multiple passes or a dedicated deep clean. Send a photo for the best estimate.
Water and power are required for most services. If you don't have access to an outdoor tap or power outlet, reach out anyway. Limited accommodations may be possible.
Interior details run year-round as long as we have shelter (garage, carport, or covered driveway). Exterior services pause when temperatures drop below freezing or during heavy rain. We'll always reschedule free of charge if weather doesn't cooperate.
Totally up to you. Most clients drop the keys off and go about their day. We'll text when we start and when we're done.
Sometimes, yes. If your building has a ground-floor visitor parking area with access to water and power, we can usually work it out. Underground parking without water access makes exteriors impossible, but we can often do interior-only details. Text us your address and we'll confirm.
Our core zone is Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, and Thornhill. Our extended zone covers Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Unionville, Aurora, and Stouffville. Not on that list? Text us your postal code, we often say yes.
Yes. Property washing is available as a standalone service. The best value is adding it to an existing auto detail since we're already at your home with all our equipment.
No. We use appropriate pressure settings for each surface type. Interlock and pavers are cleaned at a lower PSI to avoid displacing joint sand. If your joint sand is already rough, we'll let you know before we start.
Yes. Bins must be completely empty for us to clean them. The best time to book is on or right after your regular collection day.
Small is a single-car driveway (roughly 200 to 400 sq ft). Standard is a double-car driveway (400 to 600 sq ft). Large is anything beyond that: triple-wide, extended, or circular. If you're not sure, send us a photo and we'll confirm before your appointment.
Concrete, interlock, paving stone, and asphalt driveways and walkways. We also clean porches, steps, and patios made of these materials. We don't currently offer house exterior or roof washing.
If you spot something we missed within 24 hours of your appointment, send us a photo or text and we'll come back and make it right at no additional charge. The promise covers our scope of service and applies within our regular service area.
Your name, address, phone, and email are used only to confirm and complete your booking and for our internal bookkeeping. We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Before each job we visually note any pre-existing damage like chips, scratches, dents, broken trim, or stains we cannot remove. We carry general liability insurance and will always tell you if anything happens during a service. Please remove valuables and personal items before we begin. Full details in our Terms of Service.
Before-and-after photos help us showcase our work. By default we may use photos of your vehicle for our website, social media, or marketing, with license plates and identifying details cropped or blurred. If you prefer we don't, just let us know in your booking notes and we'll respect that.
Cancellations or reschedules made with at least 24 hours notice are free. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be charged a fee of up to $40 to cover our travel and reserved time. We always try to be flexible if something genuinely comes up, just let us know as soon as you can.
Yes. We don't clean engine bays, headliners (too fragile), or any biohazard situations like blood, vomit, urine, or mold. Heavy cigarette smoke and pet accidents may need an upcharge or a referral to a specialist. If you're unsure, send a photo and we'll let you know up front.
